Release Announcement: Jubatus 1.1.0

Hi, Jubatus guys.

We are glad to announce that Jubatus 1.1.0 is now available!

This release contains the following feature improvements.

* Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is now officially supported!
* Use double-point calculation instead of floating-point calculation.
    * This change makes the prediction more accurate in NN and Recommender algorithms.
* Jubakit: Add Burst service.
