I write on a long yellow legal pad uncertain of whether I will be able
to post these words on-line. I was prevented from doing so the first
time I typed this text. Access to blogger and Google Groups was denied
to me yesterday. I immediately created a new blog at "Simplesite."

I will continue to make use of this new blog when I am unable to
access Google. I cannot make corrections of my previously posted essay
dealing with these matters. The use of anxiety and frustration tactics
are familiar to me. ("Torture" and "Psychological Torture in the
American Legal System.")

In the event that more than two days pass without comment from me it
means that I am prevented from writing on-line or that I have been
physically injured or killed. ("'Unknown': A Movie Review.")

For an indication of the people found all-too often in New Jersey's
legal profession and politics, please see these items:

"A number of Mr. Mack's high level appointees have resigned after
being linked to crimes including forgery, theft and drug possession.
The mayor has also been accused of impropriety in several lawsuits
filed by former employees, and properties he owns have reportedly
faced foreclosure."

Also:

"Investigators ... searched the homes of the mayor's brother Raphiel
Mack, who is the head football coach at Trenton Central High School,
and Joseph Giorgianni, a sex offender who has been one of the mayor's
earliest and biggest donors."

These persons -- or others like them -- often serve on ethics
committees that are used as weapons against political opponents. In my
opinion, Mr. Rabner and other New Jersey officials are aware of the
cybercrimes and censorship aimed at silencing me as part of the cover-
ups in my matters.

Do you speak to me of ethics, Mr. Rabner?
