The Journal of Science Policy & Governance is seeking to bring on several cohorts of Associate Editors in 2022, with a particular emphasis on recruiting editors from outside the United States.

Status: Part-time, volunteer
Term: One (1) Year
Commitment: One (1) to three (3) hours per week - varies depending on assignments
Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid volunteer role
Application cycle opens: January 17, 2022 (Cohort 1) or July 11, 2022 (Cohort 2)
Application cycle closes: March 6, 2022 (Cohort 1) or August 28, 2022 (Cohort 2)
Start: May 2022 (Cohort 1) or November 2022 (Cohort 2)
How to apply: Applications cycle for Cohort 1 will open January 17, 2022.

Sharing the 2022 climate-tech policy boot camp for early career
researchers with a recent PhD in a climate or clean energy-related field. Researchers from outside the United States are welcome to apply, but must describe a research program that focuses on U.S. policy or management issues.

Researchers with a background in any discipline and working in any
institutional setting (academic, government, private etc.) are invited to
apply. Applicants should have earned a Ph.D. in 2011 or later; have
published research in the open literature on energy and climate innovation
policy or management; and are actively pursuing a research program in this
field. Female, African-American, and Hispanic researchers are particularly
encouraged to apply.

This program is an immersive in-person experience. All participant expenses
are covered, including travel, lodging, and food for the week of June 5-10,
thanks to generous support from the Sloan Foundation.
