Dear ALL

I hope this email finds you well. You have been cordially invited to apply for the Distinguished Student Program (DS) offered by the American Physical Society (APS) and the Forum on International Physics (FIP). This program supports non-U.S. researchers (postdocs, Ph.D./Master's students) attending the Global Physics Summit 2025.

Key Benefits:

  • Financial Support: Grants cover travel, lodging, and registration fees for in-person attendance.
    • Up to $2,000 for researchers in developing countries.
    • Up to $700 for researchers outside the U.S. (excluding developing countries).
    • Up to $500 for researchers within the U.S.
    • Registration fees covered for virtual attendance.
  • Excellence in Physics Prize: Awards full funding to up to 4 outstanding researchers.

Eligibility:

  • Non-U.S. citizenship.
  • Active APS & FIP membership (free trial available for students).
  • Accepted abstract for the Global Physics Summit 2025.

  • Submit CV, motivation letter, reference letter, and accepted abstract.
