JU 98 Civil Reunion T-Shirt and Cap

Dear All,

As you are all aware we are organizing a grand REUNION on 20 years of our pass out. A  commemorative T-shirt and cap has been designed and will be made available for us and our family members (who opt for it) on booking the same is advance. The prices fixed for the same are as below:

T-shirt : Rs. 450/- per piece

Cap : Rs. 150/- per piece.  

The T-shirts and caps can be ordered by paying the full amount to Probir Dutta who is taking this initiative and getting it done for us. The design of the T-shirt can be seen as the DP of our Whatsapp group.

The booking of T-shirt and Caps is open till 20th August 2018. 

To book the T-shirts and caps you have to do the following:

1 . Whatsapp msg the size (S, M, L, XL) and nos. of T-shirt required to Probir Dutta @ +91 7044488347

2. Alternatively you can send email to Probir at pdutt...@gmail.com

3. Send the full amount for the requested nos. of T-shirts and Caps to the following account before 20th August 2018.

4. Send a msg to Probir after the transfer of the amount.

Nothing has moved actually since we conceived the idea of Reunion and hence me, Ayan, Rono and Probir (Arnab, Arko and Shameek could not make it) made a conference call on 15th to discuss the way forward and to distribute responsibility. Due to our stringent professional commitment we are finding it difficult to organise the Reunion in the format as proposed before. Alternatively, we are thinking of a day picnic only ( with family) starting from luchi alurdam, through kochi pathar jhol and terminating in "expresso" coffee . The Plan is to start @ 8.30 a.m. from J.U. by a bus and reach a picnic spot within a hour drive and return by the evening. For, only a day picnic, the organisational effort is much less as most of the picnic venues takes cares of all needs like catering, snacks, etc. and can be easily coordinated over telephone. Hence, we are thinking of this to do now.  As per our earlier impetus, the status of no. of heads and advance received is as below:

Any body of the above, who have already paid the advance and having any reservation to join this now, may please intimate us and we will refund the amount. However, we would all like to meet after so many years. So, please try to make it happen. Now going forward, we need to have a fair idea of the number of heads, first. So, keeping things simpler if anybody on the list above wishes any amendment, just mail that to the group. Any other interested ones ( I have some names : Amu, Moti!!!!) just give a mail to the group with number of heads. I will be collating and updating the data base. Also, I will request all to get connected to the people not on this list at your personal level. We need to finalise the list by 4.8.2018, based on which I will discuss with the organisers at the picnic venue. Regarding venues will request all to suggest as per your experience. We will get in touch with them. After, we talk with the venues, will be able to conceive the actual cost, will freeze the final budget and will collect the final money. So that's all for my shoulder....

Rono has already mailed details for Tshirt and Cap. Probir is owning that and will request all to respond to Probir at the earliest.  

  

Lastly, we are planning to print a souvenir and distribute to all the participants on the Reunion Day. The souvenir will essentially consist of memoirs and old photos of our hay days. For this everybody is requested to send your writings to Rono and Shankha who will collate them for printing. Rono / Shankha will be giving separate mail regarding this in detail. Beware the writings/photos should not ignite flames in some house holds!!!! ;-)
