Photo upload with jtwitter?

I apologize if I'm missing something, but I'm not seeing any support in jtwitter for the Twitter API's photo upload update_with_media call (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1/post/statuses/update_with_media).  Am I missing this in the documentation or is it not supported?  I see in the Twitter class documentation that the PHOTO_SIZE_LIMIT field is documented, but I don't see any other photo-related documentation.

Looking in the source, I see Twitter.updateStatusWithMedia() which is listed as "deprecated Still developing".

Let me modify my question to be: Can you give me a status update on when this will be available?  How functional is the code that's already there?

Hi Jim,

The code that's there isn't functional. It will be developed -- but
not for a couple of months. I need that functionality myself in Q4
2012, so that's when I'm likely to get round to writing it.

Of course, if you want it sooner & don't mind developing it -- then
I'd be happy to include your code & your name in the credits.
