1. Background

Tish makes a good point that we are an all-volunteer group with no
money.

But I suggest framing the situation differently.

At the stewards group, Peggy wrote about "applying the philosophy of
Open Space – take responsibility for what you love as an act of
service."

So I think it's best not to focus on the resources we lack and
anything we can't do as a group.

But being realistic, we can't focus on unfettered desires.

It can be constructive to consider what we are willing to give, as
individuals, to the group. Then if a few people are interested in
giving to the group something similar or complementary, they can work
together.

This puts the focus on the resource that we do have -- the community
-- us!

So, in that spirit ...

2. What I am willing to give toward a JTM Web site:

Directory work
Editing
Feedback about site, during planning or after
Forum contributions
Hosting possibly
Money (a little)
Wiki work
Miscellaneous possible (compared with the rest of the group, my
technical skills are probably low)

I would probably be more likely to do any of the above if I weren't to
do it alone.

3. What I don't expect to contribute:
