Joomla 3.1 Beta1 Test Packages

Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to announce the availability of Joomla 3.1 *test* beta1 packages:

These are intended for developers and testers and are *NOT* for production sites.  If everything goes well, a beta1 version of Joomla 3.1 will be released tomorrow, March 6th, along with release notes.  The beta1 packages are also intended for developers and testers and are *NOT* for production sites.

Please report any release blockers by posting in the JBS mailinglist.  Normal bugs can be reported using the following process:
