2.5.28 Release Candidate for Testing

A Release Candidate for 2.5.28, the final projected 2.5 release, is now uploaded and the update server is set up for testing.  Please remember this package is *NOT* intended for use on production websites as this is a pre-release package.

UPDATE - An issue was identified which would have complicated updates to 3.x from 2.5.28 and has been corrected.  RC2 packages has been posted at the previously listed link and the update server updated for this change.
