Got any testers in FTW with SuccessFactors test experience? I have interview dates slotted with American and Friday of Airlines. Just need 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors testing.

Description:
Provide support for a large HR project involving enhancements and integrations to SuccessFactors. Validate accuracy of data sets and correct for downstream system accesses. Execute testing strategies and plans. Conduct and manage system testing including enhancements, updates and changes. Ensure business requirements, applications delivery, and user acceptance testing are completed within SuccessFactors. Process candidates through recruiting and onboarding systems. Research problems with data and execute corrective actions.
Requirements & Duties:
· Intermediate – level Microsoft Excel skills required
· Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/training
· Minimum 2 years of relevant work/testing experience in SuccessFactors with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and strong customer service skills
· Quality assurance experience
· Record and document results and compare to expected results
· Document anomalies and issues
· Participate in testing preparation meetings and training
· Ability to function within a dynamic, fast-paced, environment with minimal supervision
· Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and handle heavy, multitasking work volume
· Demonstrated high level of integrity including absolute confidentiality
