Description:
• Full Stack Java Developer who has 5+ years' experience with both front-end and back-end technology
• Candidate must have the ability to construct Web pages using AngularJS
• Candidate must also be proficient in back-end Java development including RESTful WebServices and APIs, DAO/DTO, mySQL/Postgres
• This project will be ~40% front-end and 60% back-end development
Skills
Front end:
• 5+ years AngularJS
• Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX, Responsive Design, and general Web 2.0 techniques in the context of interactive Web Applications
• Experience with XML and XSLT technology - Experience with building fast and efficient web applications with pixel perfect design
• REST-based APIs
Backend:
• 5+ years Java
• Experience with Java 8 desired
• Experience with REST-based APIs and WebServices
• Experience with Spring Framework
• Experience with mySQL, Postgres databases
• GIT source control
• DAO/DTO, hibernate
Job Description: Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards. Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations. Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 4 to 6 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
