Looking for someone who has JDA/RedPrairie software development experience.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of JDA/RedPrairie software experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Applications Support and/or Development.
• Good working knowledge of Unix.
• Good working knowledge of SQL.
• Good working knowledge of personal computers and standard desktop programs such as word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Knowledge of Warehousing and Distribution a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to interface with internal partners.
• Must be detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have solid verbal and written communication skills.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fast and efficient problem resolution.
• Answer user how-to questions.
• Monitor and manage issues to SLA targets and guidelines.
• Interact with Help Desk, Infrastructure, Integration, DBA, Product Development and vendor teams.
• Communicate with sites and customers.
• Access applications on Unix, Windows, and Citrix servers.
• Manage simultaneous issues.

• Good understanding of key Support concepts.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to take responsibility and see an issue to resolution.
