[jtablet-dev] JTablet 2 alpha v1.2.3 for Windows: 64-bit now supported!

This is an intermediate EXPERIMENTAL alpha release with an improved
installer/uninstaller and a new 64-bit version:

http://jtablet.cellosoft.com/jtablet2/release/JTabletSetup-1.2.3-alpha.exe

Please report back your results! I will post it on the official alpha
page after one or two people here get a chance to try it.

Specific changes:
- UAC should be handled correctly on Windows Vista & 7
- Uninstaller should actually remove the correct files now
- Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows are supported by this
installer JTablet loads the appropriate DLL based on the JVM's
architecture
