JTablet 2 (1.2.5-alpha_20100529) release! SDK, and Windows/Mac Installers

This is the second full alpha release intended for end-users.
Please give it a go and report any problems you find!

Changelog since 1.2.2:
- supports 64bit on Windows
- various installer improvements on Windows
- fixes focus bug on Windows
- should fix compatibility bug in Shi-Painter/Oekaki Shi-Painter
- demo applet improvements
- added update check feature to alpha popup notice

Lovely, Im starting to redirect users now to the 1.25 alpha so they can test to see what other issues or anything comes up.

Before, I only choose like ones who were tech savy enough that it didnt seem like a burden for them to figure out how to reinstall jtablet 0.95 if the 1.22 build didnt work in paintchat.

on PaintChat without 0.9.5 installed.
