On the iPhone..

This blew me away the other day: met up with a friend, and discussion turned to guitars. I mentioned jtab, he had an iPhone.
I said, what the heck, try going to http://jtab.tardate.com, it probably won't work though...

But I was stunned to see Safari on the iPhone do a perfect job with jtab. Surprised me no-end.

Then I said "OK, that worked, but this surely won't.." and asked him to try http://chordmaster.tardate.com - but that also worked fine.

My estimate of the iPhone and web standards in general just went up another notch. What a win!

Woot! Looks like JavaScript has graduated into a serious language for app building. :)
