Yaesu FTdx-3000 no transmit

I'm new here, so if this has been asked before I'm sorry.

I have a Yaesu FTdx-3000 that I've been using successfully in all the digital modes so I thought I'd give JT65 a try.

After several days of frustration I just can't seem to get it right.  It will receive and decode correctly, when I push the "Test PTT button or the 'Test HRD PTT button' I get an indication on the radio that it keys up, however I can't get it to transmit a signal when I try to call CQ or answer someone.

I'm sure I have something checked, or unchecked I shouldn't, but I can't find it.

Anyone get this radio to work correctly with JT65-HF? If so what's the secret.

this is my setup:

connection to PC only over USB
special YAESU driver for virt. RS232

sound: USB Audio CODEC, both tx/rx
alert over seperate sound device

on main window: output 50%
                gain   10%

I have my radio set up the same as yours.

I can't seem to find some of the configurations you mention so I'm attaching screen shots of what I have. Perhaps there are more than the ones I found?

this is the group for the HB9hqx-edition of the JT65-hf Software.

I have no experience with the software you use.

but, why not give a try to the HB9hqx-edition of the JT65-hf Software?

I changed software and wa-la, it works. Now I just have to learn how to use it.

OK, the next logical question is:

Where can I find instruction sheets on JT65 in general and on the software?

A Google search only came up with one in German. Sorry, but all I know is English.
