Native win32 executable (gcj-compiled)

I have compiled JSystemTrader & JBookTrader to native win32 executable
with GCJ. Download from here:
http://duc.codecs.fr/trader

To run JSystemTrader, just run as jsystemtrader.exe
To run JBookTrader, just copy & rename & run as jbooktrader.exe

The backtest & optimizer functionalities can be run. The chart viewing
has some problems. Other functionalities are untested.

Great job.

When all issues with GCJ would have been fixed I'll integrate your patch into
the release.

I'll also integrate the java web start stuff in the next release.
