Hi guys,
What about create a property to hold the "maximum time delay allowed"?
Even I'm syncing my computer with NTP, I get 10 seconds of delay bitween TWS and
my system.
10 seconds is acceptable for me. So I would like to indroduce a property to
allow any user to change the acceptable-threshold-time delay.
Any objection?

It's fine with me. I'd note, however, that I am never more than 2
seconds out of sync. What do you use for time sync?
