Geonext source code?

Hallo,

Ich habe in den 90er Jahren Geonext benutzt, als in Deutschland Mathematik-Lehramt studierte. Es war GPL lizensiert und ich suche nun nach dem Quellcode, um es für meine Kinder mit Java 8 verfügbar zu machen. Ich benutze OpenJDK 8 bzw 11 auf Debian Linux 10.

Ich bin selbst Java-Entwickler und kann ggf auch Korrekturen am Quellcode vornehmen, falls es Probleme mit aktuellen Java-Versionen und OpenJDK geben sollte. Gerne würde ich auch ein Geonext github-repo einrichten und den code so anpassen, das er kompatibel zu Apache Maven wird (Java build tool).

Mein Eindruck ist, dass JSXGraph der Fokus der jetzige der Arbeitsgruppe ist. Ich erwarte keine Hilfe beim Umgang mit Geonext oder dem Quellcode, konnte nur online nirgends einen Quellcode-Download finden.

Über jegliche Hinweise würde ich mich freuen.

Hi there,

I used Geonext in the 1990s when studying mathematics in Germany. It was GPL licensed and I am now looking for the source code to make it available to my children with Java 8. I use OpenJDK 8 or 11 on Debian Linux 10.

I am a Java developer myself and can make corrections to the source code if there are problems with the current Java versions and OpenJDK. I would also like to set up a Geonext github repo and adapt the code so that it is compatible with Apache Maven (Java build tool).

My impression is that JSXGraph is the current focus of the working group at Bayreuth University. I don't expect any help with Geonext or the source code, just couldn't find a source code download anywhere online. I would be happy to receive any information.

Hallo Alfred,

Alles Gute in 2022! Hattet ihr im Laufe des letzten Jahres mal Gelegenheit, die Sache zu besprechen?

Mein Interesse ist aus didaktischen und Open Source - Gruenden, kein Kommerz oder sowas.

Wenn ihr nicht mehr mit dem Projekt in Verbindung gebracht werden wollt, koennte ich den Namen Geonext auch komplett fallen lassen und einen "fork" unter neuem Namen und neuem Java-Namespace vornehmen, und das Copyright bzw die Herkunft von Uni Bayreuth im Kleingedruckten belassen, damit sich bei euch keiner ueber eventuelle Bugs beschwert.

Dazu brauche ich aber trotzdem eine Kopie des letzten Source Code.
