Arrow, line, arc etc

Dear Alfred,

Sorry to always ask for something but I have taken some bad habits :) with PsScript (LaTeX). When you draw a line or what ever between two points, some times you need that there be an offset because you do not want that the line could touch the points. And the curvature is also important. When you draw a polygonal chain it should be nice to have a parameter to soften the acute angle between 3 points.

This would help in constructing a graph
