Source path order changes

I have just upgraded to your latest version.

I have 4 different paths under the Source tab in sessions.  The problem is the order I entered them in gets changed so the debugger ends up picking up on the wrong file.  I am working in an environment where I have a sandbox directory structure for the changes I am making and a base directory structure for the unchanged code.  I created the paths so my sandbox is first; however, it keeps getting moved so the base directory is first and so the debugger grabs the unchanged file instead of the file I am working on.

Sounds like a bug, I'll file it later today, unless you'd prefer to. Be sure to let me know what OS and Java version you're using. Though I don't expect that to make a difference, I also haven't observed this problem myself. Could be something to do with the XML (de)serializer code, so should be simple to fix.
