Regarding awareness for requirement of new research into preventive technologies

1.   Hi;

 The first time my mind-reading took place was when I was studying in my room in AcSIR~CMERI, in the last week of October 2019. I had felt for the past few days that something was off in my room during the evenings and that I could somehow hear very clear voices of people talking. However, I felt this was from some other building nearby (CMERI Durgapur New Colony is a very silent neighbourhood). Suddenly conversation about what I was reading came up; being spoken by two female voices, and I found a female voice dictating exactly what was written on the page I was studying as a part of that day's curriculum. I progressively understood that this is actually being used as a communication channel by bad-state actors for sending information as well as for radicalizing students which helps our enemies increase the average crime rates in India.

 Similar technology has been demonstrated on animals like bulls [Refer to:- Jose Delgado tamed a Raging Bull with Radio Control] and possibly can be extended to any mammal. There is an urgent need for sealing Institutes of National Importance from stray animals who may act as information transmitters.

 Unfortunately, I have not been able to find decisive evidence that this telecasting (which used to happen to me especially at night and included both audio and video messages seemingly being transmitted from a source to my brain; acting as a communication device) can be halted by designing innovative materials (I was especially looking into metamaterials but found that I would require proper guidance in this regard. In case there is any chance to collaborate, kindly consider me for checking whether new-materials effectively work against remote-mind-control torture frequencies).

 My question remains that during our goal to search for the truth which shall allow humans to be an immortal species hopping from a star to another and develop on the Kardashev Scale, how are we going to tackle the problems of wrong research which must have driven us far apart from the absolute truth by now. Thus I undoubtedly question the present research on mental disorders since the first step should be to differentiate naturally occurring mental disorders from artificially induced ones like those of Havana Syndrome and what most of us have been experiencing.

 Extremely unfortunate and earth-shattering incidents made me understand that I have become a Targeted Individual. During and since lockdown I have come across numerous similar cases of artificially induced schizophrenia and dystonia symptoms, felt by people who complain about hearing voices making fun of them; and their abusers being able to see what they can see. Being a Targeted Individual (TI), I have fought hard to understand that it is high time to release the patent rights of the following US Patents (similar to the United States of America relinquishing the patent rights of few Corona Virus Vaccines as an emergency). Should these be made available for developing advanced technologies to differentiate between real victims of psychotronic neurological torture and experimentation; humanity will be able to progress further.

 The world is presently threatened by a pandemic and this has caused various governments to come together to spread the much-needed Corona vaccine technology for free to save lives and promote sustainable development of our species. It is now the need of the hour to waive similar patent protection in the field of RNM based brain-body hijacking and create awareness to prevent the same. An amazing step in this direction would be to urgently enact new laws on the grounds of the Havana Syndrome Attacks Response Act of the US Congress here in India to investigate the same in the subcontinent and to detect, deter and punish the attackers who must have infiltrated into government positions by now.

 My initial intention was to achieve similar remote brain-wave analysis in another mammal to demonstrate the need for protection of privacy from brain-reading technologies which are also able to manipulate and control remotely (please refer to experiments by Jose Delgado) the body of the mammal. Once achieved, I would volunteer myself to be the sole human test subject (due to the fact that I already faced electronic torture since October 2019 and absolutely want to stop such injustice). If I would have been able to demonstrate this successfully I could help future generations from foreign agents having no conscience whatsoever. However "Man proposes God disposes" seems to fit right in. I shall try my best to continue working in related fields if possible since being a victim, I know the extent of use of such technologies having the ability to destroy human life and push oneself to the brink of suicide.

 The only way I have been able to cope with this is by understanding that more disadvantaged people have survived on earth:- Nick Vujicic Documentary About His Life. I have felt this whole world was upside down since it was unbelievable that sophisticated technologies like real-time thought processing and memory-extraction technologies were being used to harass humans instead of developing better technologies for human-memory access & storage. I was devastated and tried extremely hard to logically convince myself that in spite of all such shortcomings of our civilization, we are going to outlive time. Eventually, either we all shall cease to exist or humanity shall devise the requisite technology to harness the power of the many stars by hopping from one to another & necessary research on harnessing power from vacuum is ongoing. Therefore we need to wait and see if we can really be immortal.

2.   Victims of Psychotronic (remote Mind and Body Control) Weapons are being targeted unjustly or used as human subjects in experiments without their informed consent. Victims of mind/body control detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history. Criminals may implant people with microchips or nanomaterials, magnetize proteins in nerve cells and place victims under continuous surveillance and harassment. Perpetrators monitor the human brain, continuously alter consciousness and behavior, directly assault and torture mind and bodies of the involuntary human subjects.

Some of the Symptoms of The Mind/Body Manipulation Technology on Subjects are as follows:

A) Manipulation of thoughts, will, emotions, desires and sensations.

B) Manipulation of human behaviour: forced speech, involuntary body movements, forced actions.

C) Synthesized voices and sounds in victims’ heads.

D) Visual, olfactory, tactile hallucinations

E)  Debilitation of mental acuity and capacity.

F)  Loss of memory and knowledge

G)  Sleep deprivation or uncontrollable sleep.

      H)  Cramps, spasms, seizures, excruciating artificial pain in any part of the body.       

      I)   Manipulation of any organ or body part, such as bladder, heart, genitals, arms, legs etc. 

J)   Constant pressure on heads of victims, dizziness, fatigue, loss of balance and coordination of movements; other serious medical symptoms

3.     There are individuals in this country, who have been victimized by technology they don’t have a solid understanding of. These victims are tortured by devices in their brains and experience symptoms of mind and body control. These devices are not implanted with the knowledge or consent of the victim, nor are they intended to treat any medical condition. These victims are similar to the ones who were experimented on by the CIA (spy agency of USA) in their declassified mind-control programs, such as MKUltra (to be read as Mark Ultra).

EFFECTS OF THE DEVICE

A). Debilitation of mental acuity and capacity.

B). Loss of memory and knowledge

C). Cramps, spasms, seizures, excruciating artificial pain in any part of the body.

D). Sleep deprivation or uncontrollable sleep.

E). Manipulation of thoughts, will, emotions, desires and sensations.

4. Members of public office presently refuse to recognize these victims' suffering or provide medical and security expertise and only proper scientific research can reveal the TRUTH.

5. A new approach for securing online passwords of such victims (as well as the general public) may be to use a random password generator which will actually generate a PDF and MS-Word file with a random password but in White Font so that the password cannot be captured by curious eyes on the screen.
