Here are a few integration/compatibility efforts that popped up when I
Googled for jsUnity:

There used to be a git fork with Narwhal integration, but that seems
to have gone now.

Taking a look at the integration points and hacks people had to put in
for jsUnity integration could help in determining the next steps in
API changes or refactoring to make jsUnity easier to integrate with.
