我本计划前往，并备【吉祥彩虹鱼】二条，但周六公司有事，需要顶杠，去不了了，
鱼只好留给我自己吃了。
祝大家玩得尽兴。但不要【给我葱】 -- 我不吃葱蒜，但不拒将（姜）。

【吉祥彩虹鱼】--是我们自己开发的一个厨房小项目，
以高浓度盐水为加热介质，
利用蛋白质化学的功底，控制加热温度在85-90摄氏度之间（指鲗鱼）。
装盘后肉鲜滑，无异味，鱼形不散，鱼肉为滑口（类似西湖醋鱼的滑口），
除最后的花椒油外，这个烹制过程无油。

几次聚会试过，满意度很高（以空盘时间计）。
本想向大家展示一下这种烹饪方法，无奈难以脱身，下次再说吧。

高浓度盐水 -- 提高沸点、在渗透压下易加速置换鱼中杂味；
85-90摄氏度 --- 是鲗鱼鱼肉蛋白质最佳变性温度（实验出来的）。
花椒油 -- 1：4香油兑花生油（莫用橄榄油！），炸花椒出烟，立即倒入适量稀释生抽中
（是热油进水，非水进油）。不应该直接加热生抽，豆豉蛋白变型温度难控制，
生抽中不容物易产生异味。

I think it's better to cancel the cookout for JSTXH since few people are available. I'm like you, only want to be a loyal member to join any activities rather than to be a leader, whose obligations are beyond my ability and time. Thanks a lot for your effort in the cookout event!
