Sorry about that - it turned out with 0.9.9 you could not create root
nodes (using the -1 param) so I immediately published 0.9.9a which
fixes this issue - once again - sorry to all of you who downloaded
0.9.9!

P.S. I will fix critical bugs with such "minor" releases. If something
is not critical - it will be left for 1.0. Anyway, I hope there will
be no more critical issues.
