jstree is on github

As requested jstree is on github - https://github.com/vakata/jstree
There are two branches:
* pre1.0 which is the latest stable before moving to github.
* 1.0 which is the working copy where I am rewriting the old plugins for the new core

There is a new official download which is the zipped content of pre1.0.

Great to hear Ivan, I think this will make it easier for you to
consider requests from other, and hopefully easier to maintain for
yourself. Will most likely force me to hop on the git-train as well :)

I was also reluctant too move to github ... but so far my experience is pleasurable :)
It also so happened that I now work on another github hosted project ... so all is well, I just hope I just learn everything I need to know about git quickly.

So ... come aboard :D
