jstorm rebalance时支持增加task数量吗？如何配置？

storm貌似是不能在rebalance时调整task的大小，所以并行度最大只能是对应component最大task数量，那么jstorm支持吗？从http://jstorm.io/ProgrammingGuide_cn/AdvancedUsage/DynamicAdjust/Parallel.html 常见问题中看貌似是可以的，但是怎么配置呢？这一块的功能对扩容还是很重要的吧
