unable to make outbound call using Jssip3.5 library

Hello

we have built a application using Jssip 3.5 version and since 1 week there are seen outgoing call problems .

we get error "sip failure code"

we tried in https://tryit.jssip.net/ and seen same error from the test website also . Please someone suggest what can be the issue ?
