Emit sip notify event from one user agent to another user agent

Hi.

I'm trying to create a functionality when one softphone register, another one with the same number unregister.

I'm tried to use method sendMessage, but another softphone didn't obtain an event in newMessage event handler.

I'm thinking about use sipEvent.

Is there any way emit sip event notify by JsSIP or JS?
