Deprecation of d8 and js shell support (possibly rhino)?

So things has been quite silent for the last few months, and then all
of a sudden new users start popping up on the list and providing pull
requests, just before the end of 2011. That's awesome!

I suspect that most people run Shaper using node, and I'm thinking
that it's just not worth it to keep support for the bare js/d8 shells.
node startup time used to be pretty bad but I think that has been
improved quite a lot. Should we start using standard node/CommonJS
require for Shaper?

Michael - how would this affect you (as a Rhino user)? I know that
you've been working on CommonJS-style require for Rhino.
