License Installation

Hello,

We have just purchased a royalty-free license and we have an issue.  When installing the license on our customer's server, we get a message saying it cannot validate the license file.  The proper license number appears on the screen though.  We have not experienced that issue when installing on our dev server, or our staging server.

Our customer has some strict firewall rules; I suspect some online license verification is failing.  Is there an online license verification happening? If so, what are the adresses and port numbers used, and at which frequency that verification will be required?

Hi,

the server should continue to run if it fails to reach the licensing server because of blocked connection or other networking reasons.

It should just print this message and continue: Unable to verify license key, assuming enterprise

The licensing server sits here on port 443
