Can I change cell in Xlsx recipe?

So...I convert html to Xlsx, save it, next I create New Template, set Xlsx recipe, upload my Xlsx template what I saved earler....

And I want to change some cells below set a formula (like this https://playground.jsreport.net/studio/workspace/rkWcRiHog/27)...can I do this?
