Avoid page break inside table row

Hi Jan, 

is there a way to avoid page break inside table row?

Sometimes, for long tables (for example - two pages of A4), the row that is at the end of the first page is divided onto two pages, and the text is cut in half.

It might be worth in the future to add some mechanism prohibiting sharing row between the two sides.

There is some discussion about this topic here: https://github.com/ariya/phantomjs/issues/10638 . There are some workaround and proposed fixes but it is not clear when it will be released.

I have tried on of the workaround listed there and it seems to work for the simple layout. Check it out here
