Pending issues and pull requests

Hi all,

we are getting closer to the "Proposed Final Draft". Ivar and I discussed releasing it in late August or early September.

But there are quite some issues we have to fix before. Most of them are minor and currently in "discussion" status. It would be great if you could have a look at these issues and share your thoughts. Any input is welcome and highly appreciated:
