Wildfly-Swarm-Fraction updated to 1.0-PFD

Hi everyone,

I’ve updated the wildfly-swarm-fraction (probably the fastest way to get started with MVC 😉) to 1.0-PFD and Ozark M4. It will be included in the next release.
