Binary builds of the JSR 308 Reference Implementation

Binary builds (for Windows, Solaris, Linux, and Mac OS) of the JSR 308
Reference Implementation are available from Oracle at
http://jdk8.java.net/type-annotations/. This is essentially the OpenJDK
implementation under a binary evaluation-and-testing license.

The UW variant of the JSR 308 implementation continues to be distributed at
http://types.cs.washington.edu/jsr308/, both standalone and as a part of
the Checker Framework. The key difference in the UW variant is support for
annotations in comments (which will not be part of OpenJDK), as detailed at
http://types.cs.washington.edu/checker-framework/current/README-jsr308.html#openjdk-differences
