Syntax hints syntax

Instead of inventing a new syntax for additional parameters to syntax:

SQL:dialect=Oracle,version=2.3

Why not reuse what everyone already knows from URL query strings> For
example,

SQL?dialect=Oracle&version=2.3

Thus

"Syntax names can be followed by a question mark and a list of key=value
pairs, separated by ampersands."
