Internationalisation i18n / 1st pass

You will find default english version in this text file (from Github):
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ron190/jsql-injection/master/src/com/jsql/i18n/jsql.properties

You can simply download the file on your PC, translate some text sentences then send your version by mail or post it in the forum (e.g 'selectAll = Select All' would become in french 'selectAll = Sélectionner tout').

Every languages can be integrated, I think jSQL could be usable particularly in most common languages like Arabic, Russian, Chinese and Hindi (I can do English and French but you should contribute in that language too!).
If you want to contribute with a translation in your language, thank you for your contribution.
