Want to know how Jsprit algorithm works.

Hi all,

I am working on a problem, which is cab allocation system i.e. allocating office cabs to employees in such a manner that cost is reduced.

I found similarity in the problem that jsprit solves so wants to know about how exactly Jsprit works towards a problem.

Can anyone please share some links where I can study which algorithm jsprit uses and how it works.
