We have a large vehicle which acts a feeder for number of smaller vehicles .

I need help modeling the Linehaul-Feeder Vehicle Routing Problem with Virtual Depots and Time Windows as described in this paper using JSprit?

Also, how do we model traffic conditions and driver salaries in JSprit?
