Error when run commonImages.py

Hi Dr. Jiang,

I try to use jspr for star file comparison recently, and I encountered a problem with commonImages.py. The particles that I wanna compare was generated in relion, and the star files were converted to lst files by images2lst.py. However, when I use these generated lst files and run commonImages.py, an error shows up:

TypeError: '<' not supported between instances of 'Particle' and 'Particle'.

Could please help me to solve this problem? Lookng for your response.

Could you please share the command and the star file that you are using?
