How to learn and use JSPF

Hi,

Today I want to learn and use JSPF to develop a plugin, but I found many hyperlinks of key documents on official website (https://code.google.com/archive/p/jspf/) can not access.

Does anyone have good resources can provide?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
