Dear all,

https://jspecify.dev/docs/user-guide#type-use-annotation-syntax mentions type use syntax for nested static type and array type.

Sometimes it is necessary to write the full qualified name of a type e.g. because of name clash thus the syntax is
java.lang.
@Nullable String instead of @Nullable java.lang.String

A qualified name example could help jspecify adopters that aren't familiar with type use annotation syntax. What do you think?

Best regards,
Björn

I'm startled to see that we missed this message for 3 weeks! I'm very sorry about that; we are glad to get this.

And of course you're right that we overlooked this case; it'll be in the next revision.

We'll try to make sure future messages to this list get to our eyes more reliably. As well, feel free to file issues for anything like this that we might want to take action on. Issues are less likely to be missed for an extended time, but again, we want to make sure either way works.
