ClassNotFoundException: com.liferay.portal.jsonwebservice.JSONWebServiceServlet in liferay json web services

i have got the java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.liferay.portal.jsonwebservice.JSONWebServiceServlet above error! do i need to add jar file seperatly?

       This exception can't be from jsonwebservice, because this jar don't have any package named "com.liferay"...

means liferay json webservices different and json webservices different? i am new to this. can u explain me what this json webservice?.

liferay cms using their own json implementaion,  this jsonwebservice is plugin/code for jax-ws/metro framework.
