Adding @Deprecated annotation for deprecated items

Hi all,

I think there's no support for @deprecated annotation in case the "deprecated" attribute is set. It was added in 2019-09 draft

I saw an old PR where said that deprecation is not in schema specification (which is fair). Please let me know if I can contribute and add a PR for its support.
