This release improves browser caching of client resources (e.g. .css
and .js). It also improves strongly-typed JSON serialization.

- fixed long-standing caching bug whereby .NET added "Vary: *" header
- added hooks to reference resources which precompiled by BuildManager
in ResourceIncludes
- reduced one BuildManager instantiation ResourceHandler
- added assembly to type-hinting in JSON serializer
- improved error messaging in object instantiation in JSON serializer
- removed auto-injection of JsonFx version number into compacted merge
