This release made some minor changes to improve extensibility of
various components.
v1.0.0902.0823
- added ability to emit data blocks directly from server jbst:Control
(doesn't require an additional ScriptDataBlock control)
- changed IHttpHanderFactory implementations from explicit to virtual
to allow easier extension
- added ability to manually control emitting of localization values
- began refactoring behavior bindings to allow more flexible mappings
