Who are the persons I should know & collaborate with, to assist with the PHP port of json-template?

I got a mail from Victor (croco...@gmail.com) and he offered to fix
a few bugs this week in the PHP version. I would also e-mail the
original authors from the change history to see if they are still
interested:

I think it is usable, but it was never quite complete, and the
language has evolved a bit. As I mentioned to Victor, one thing that
is probably annoying is that the cross-language test,
jsontemplate_test.py, which runs against ALL implementations, uses
some code that is in a different repository. I need to copy it into
the JSON template repository. If this is blocking you feel free to
poke me about it.
