Wiki Specification Link

Maybe I'm suffering a mental lapse (it's been known to happen), but I
can't find anywhere to edit the wiki. The link on the wiki
"specification" page is pointing at the broken google docs location
for the 2.0 spec [1]. Since the wikitext is largely the same as the
spec proposal, the link should either be deleted, or updated to point
at [2].

I think nobody has the access rights to json-rpc.org...

The "official" 2.0 spec is mirrored here : http://jsonrpc.org and at other places.
