The most recent release of json-c, json-c 0.15, is now available.
This release introduces symbols versioning to help avoid conflicts with other JSON libraries, builds both static and dynamic libraries, notably decreases memory usage, improves incremental parsing behavior, and includes a few other changes.  The library name remains at libjson-c.so.5, with just a minor version bump to 5.1.0.
